2025 Holiday Gift Guide for ADHD Families
The holidays are right around the corner, and if you love someone with ADHD, you already know that the best gifts are the ones that support their creativity, their need for movement, and their incredible brains. But finding presents that are both fun and genuinely helpful can feel overwhelming.
As a child psychologist who works with ADHDers everyday, I’ve put together a list of my favorite things for ADHD kids, tweens, and adults in this holiday gift guide to make it easier! These are items that I personally recommend because I’ve used them myself in my life or in my private practice.
